Description
The Thug 2 is a small tanto flipper knife that is perfect for everyday carry. It is made of nitro-v stainless steel with a 3.0 mm blade thickness and 59-61 HRC blade hardness. It has a bead blast blade finish and a black G10 handle. The knife has a liner lock and a caged ceramic bearing pivot assembly. The pocket clip is stainless steel and the knife is designed by Matt Christensen.

Those who are familiar with Matt Christensen's work know just how hard it is to come by one of his knives. You either get lucky and win a lottery or score one on the secondary market, we don't even know if he's opened his books for orders in the past five years. However, Matt is now working with some of the most respected production companies to bring his excellent work to the masses, and the Thug 2 is definitely worthy of a purchase.
It's solid, stylish, a smooth flipper, and built to be used and abused. One of the best things about this knife is its propensity for cutting, no matter how you need to get it done. Grip it hard and use the flat cutting edge with maximum power or slide an index finger all the way up to the tip for ultra-fine detailed cutting. The Thug 2 doesn't care, the knife is here to perform and we think it's one of the best knives CIVIVI ever produced. Another job well done, Matt!
